Head of Athena Parthenos to right, wearing triple-crested Attic helmet adorned with Pegasos and long tendril on the bowl. Rev. A-ΘE / ΖΩI-ΛΟΣ / ΕΥΑΝ/ΔΡΟΣ / ΔΕΙ/ΝΙΑΣ Owl standing facing on amphora; to right, bee; on amphora, Δ; below, ME; all within laurel wreath. Thompson 709d. Nicely toned. Struck from a slightly worn obverse die, otherwise, very fine.
